Our Commitment to Satisfaction
At Beautflex, we take pride in the quality of our smoothies, teas, and coffees. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want every visit to be a positive experience.
In-Store Purchases
If you are not satisfied with your drink for any reason, please let our staff know immediately. We are happy to:
- Remake your drink to your specifications
- Offer an alternative beverage of equal value
- Provide a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved
Please note that requests must be made during your visit, ideally before consuming more than half of the beverage.
Catering Orders
For catering orders, please contact us at least 48 hours before your event if you need to cancel or modify your order. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to partial charges.
If there are issues with a catering order, please contact us immediately so we can address the situation and find an appropriate solution.
Gift Cards and Merchandise
Gift cards purchased from Beautflex are non-refundable but do not expire. Unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt and in original condition for a full refund or exchange.
Quality Concerns
We take quality concerns seriously. If you experience any issue with one of our products:
- Please notify us as soon as possible
- Provide details about the product and the issue
- Retain the product and receipt if possible
We will investigate all quality concerns and take appropriate action, which may include a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Australian Consumer Law
Your rights under this policy are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under consumer protection legislation.
When you buy goods or services from us as a consumer, you have automatic consumer guarantees. These include that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for their purpose, and match their description. If there is a major failure (for example, the product is significantly different from what was described or is unsafe), you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances. We will not mislead you about your right to a refund, repair, or replacement, and we will not display or rely on "no refunds" or similar signs in a way that contradicts your statutory rights.
